At the helm of the company's management structure as the President/Chief Executive Officer is Ayotunde John Adebayo an International Marketing graduate from the London School of International Business, London, U.K. He has the responsibility of translating board policy objectives and other decisions of the group into realizable and specific management objectives. He designs and develops strategies and tools adapted to the fulfillment of such management objectives, and sees to their actual implementations. The President/Chief Executive Officer presides over and superintends the day-to-day operation of the company.

Ayotunde J. Adebayo was the Managing Director/CEO of Demollin Nigeria Limited for 11 years.

In addition, Ayotunde J. Adebayo, President/CEO has over 19 years experience in procuring, sourcing, purchasing and exporting of Nigerian products.

He has attended various workshops and seminars in export and import both local and abroad.
